The Work Respect Toolkit forms an integral part of YWCA Canberra’s broader mission to end violence against women and aligns with the organisation’s commitment to our vision of creating a society of ‘Girls and Women Thriving’. By addressing sexual harassment in the workplace, Work Respect serves as a critical component of YWCA Canberra’s efforts to prevent violence against women and promote gender equality, and complements our work in the community, advocacy, and women’s leadership.
