Where our research comes from
Work Respect is based on the recommendations from the Australian Human Rights Commission Respect@Work: National Inquiry into Sexual Harassment in Australian Workplaces (2020) Report, so employers can feel comfortable they are utilising appropriate tools and relevant training required to comply with the new legislative amendments set down by the Australian Government.
Work Respect organisational resources include specific training for employers and employees developed by experts in instructional design to ensure the training is evidence-based, accessible and presented in a way which ensures an engaging and meaningful experience for board members, senior leaders and all staff.
